- Jakob Kort Added 2018-04-15★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went in to set up my brothers cell phone. The sales rep didn't know what he was doing. When asked if there was a rate plan that would fit my brothers needs he said "if I remember correctly there is a plan, but I'm not to sure!" How are you a sales rep for a cell company and you don't know what your company sells?!?! Especially in a small town where people would have to travel 4 hours to get to a bell corporate store. Not acceptable.
